These times are full of uncertainty and fear. There are strong emotions about so much that used to be trivial. We don’t have to retreat and hide or join the battle on the side of the correct side. We can lower our stress and increase our wellbeing. It is essential. This is what is needed in the world and we can help spread it for the benefit of all.
