Khenpo Sangye Trinley will lead us in the Guru Rinpoche Tsok, a feast offering. A Tsok offering is a sacred Vajrayana Buddhist practice used to accumulate merit and wisdom, purify negative actions, and restore spiritual commitments. The practice involves gathering, blessing, and offering food and drink to Guru Padmasambhava and his mandala of deities, and centers on guru yoga prayers.

The feast takes place on the 10th day of the Tibetan lunar month, which is sacred to Guru Rinpoche. Participants will also receive a portion of the blessed offering.
